The Poet Behind the Words
Born from storms, I found my voice in silence.
Archna Mehar — long before calling herself a poet, she was simply someone who felt everything a little too deeply. The kind of person who notices the weight behind a smile, the story hidden in a pause, and the poetry living inside ordinary moments.
Life didn't hand me a pen — it handed me experiences. And somewhere between the chaos and the calm, between what was said and what was left unspoken, I discovered that words were the only language that truly made sense to me.
Shayari became my refuge — not just a creative outlet, but a way of making peace with the world. Every verse I write carries an emotion that once had no name. Every line is a conversation I couldn't have out loud. And every poem is proof that even the most tangled feelings can be transformed into something beautiful.
Today, through MehardilSe, I share that journey — not to tell my story, but to remind you of yours. Because the most powerful thing about poetry is that it doesn't just speak for the poet. It speaks for everyone who reads it and thinks — "this is exactly how I feel."

तेरी जुदाई ने मेरी रूह को वीरान कर दिया, हर ख़्वाब को तन्हाई का मक़ाम कर दिया। मेरे दिल की धड़कन अब सिसकियों में बदल गई, हर मुस्कान को आँसुओं का पैग़ाम कर दिया। लोग कहते हैं कि वक़्त मरहम है, पर वक़्त ने ही मेरे ज़ख़्मों को नासूर कर दिया। मैंने चाहा था मोहब्बत का सुकून, मगर तूने मेरी ज़िन्दगी को फ़रियाद कर दिया।
Her Words, Her World
Har zubaan ka nagma dil se milta hai,
Alfaaz na samjhe bhi, suron ka ehsaas milta hai.
Na sochu main kisne kya kaha,
Bas dhadkanon mein geet ka aashiyana milta hai.
तेरी यादों का बोझ उठाए फिरती हूँ,
हर मुस्कान के पीछे आँसू छुपाए फिरती हूँ।
तूने जो ज़ख़्म दिए, वो अब भी ताज़ा हैं,
मैं ख़ुद को संभाल कर, दुनिया को हँसाए फिरती हूँ।
तूने तोड़ दिया भरोसे का आईना,
मैं टूटे टुकड़ों में अपना चेहरा बनाए फिरती हूँ।
जहाँ मोहब्बत की क़द्र न हो, वहाँ ठहरना नहीं,
जहाँ इज़्ज़त की हिफ़ाज़त न हो, वहाँ रहना नहीं।
सबर को अपना ज़ेवर बना, और ख़ुद्दारी को ताज,
दुनिया झुकेगी ख़ुद-ब-ख़ुद, जब होगा इज़्ज़त का राज।
किताबों के सहारे जी रही हूँ मैं,
हर सफ़हा एक नया हमसफ़र बन जाता है।
उसकी यादों का तूफ़ान जब भी बरसता है,
अल्फ़ाज़ों का समंदर मुझे साहिल दिखाता है।
मैं तन्हा नहीं, मेरे पास लफ़्ज़ों का जहाँ है,
हर किताब में एक नया अरमान है।
तेरी चुप्पी ने रिश्ता तोड़ा, तेरी बेरुख़ी ने दिल छोड़ा।
मैंने हालातों में तुझे समझा, पर तूने मुझे ही पराया समझा।
तेरी मोहब्बत अधूरी रही, तेरे वादे बस ख़्वाब बने।
मैंने दिल से निभाया रिश्ता, पर तूने उसे अफ़साना समझा।
अब तेरे लौटने की चाह नहीं —
मैंने खुद में सहारा समझा।
तुम्हारी मुस्कान में अब कोई असर नहीं,
बस यादों की एक हल्की सी तसवीर रही।
तुम समझो या न समझो, ये फ़ासला जरूरी है,
मेरी सुकून की खातिर ये फ़ैसला जरूरी है।
जब भी नाम आएगा, मैं मुस्कुरा कर कह दूँगी,
"तेरी दुनिया में अब मेरी कोई जगह नहीं।"
